Tata Wimax Login Page error

Hi everyone, today i want to discuss about the TATA Wimax Login page error page which is very annoying to all the Tata users these days. Actually the TATA Wimax login page error is very common for the all the users of Wimax who have a natting enabled connections and also for the normal users who use a single system at home. Natting is nothing but a account setting from Wimax Admin’s which will allow your account to connect multiple systems with a single account. I am using a Tata Wimax from past one year; the customer support of Tata broadband is really awesome. They respond very fast and do troubleshooting steps very quickly and politely. Now coming to the login error of Tata Wimax, It’s a common problem now to some of the users of Wimax.

The login page of Tata broadband appears every single time when you login in to your system. Tata Wimax comes with a basic plan of 1100 with 384kbps of downloading speed and 256kbps upload speed. This is a dynamic IP and has a unstable IP all over the sessions. This dynamic IP will change whenever you are away from the network. So leave this aside now. Now coming to the main problem of the Tata Wimax login error. Every time when you try to open your login page: HERE The main problem of this page is that, it shows a error while login in message whenever you try to login the page. Yes your login id is correct and the password too. But it shows a error message that you couldn’t able to login the account. Looks something like the below screenshot.

Now with this problem, we can’t do anything unless you refresh the login page from server end. So we have to call the toll free customer care (18002097070) and tell them that your login page is not working and needs to be refreshed now to get the login.

They will do that and ask you to authenticate yourself by asking the account holder name and your phone number which you saved there for reference which will waste your valuable 10mins of time. We can stop this error message with a small trick. All you have to do is to bookmark your Tata Wimax login page in any browser and login from that and before your shutdown the system, open the bookmarked Tata Wimax page and logout the sessions. This will stop the error message to come again and again. Orelse you can also follow another type of trick. Just restart the modem or switch you were using and also the POE box of Tata Wimax. This is a bit risky, because some times your connection may be out of network and for that again you have to spend 1hr to restore it back. but some times it will work fine…Hope this solves the Tata Wimax Login Page Error.
