How To Easily Untag Yourself From Multiple Photos On Facebook
The holiday and festival season used to mean people wishing each other when they meet or talk on the phone. With the advent of social networking, all forms of such expression are now confined to the internet and mobile phones. If you’re on Facebook, you’re probably privy to the practice of tagging multiple people on a photo to wish them on an occasion. Of course, they mean well, but it might be annoying to see “Photos of You” not having you in them per se. Besides, there’s also the matter of spam links, which people click on and cause their friends to be tagged onto possibly obscene pictures. So if you’re in any of these situations and want to untag yourself from multiple photos on Facebook, here’s how to do it in a quick and easy way!
Untagging Yourself From Multiple Facebook Photos Made Easy
Step 1 – Log on to your Facebook account and go to your profile.
Step 2 – Click on Activity Log.
Step 3 – On the left side, click on “Photos”, then “Photos of You”.
Step 4 – Now, check all the photos you want to untag yourself from.
Step 5 – On the top right side, click the button that says “Report/Remove Tags”.
Step 6 – In the next dialog you can choose to either just untag yourself or untag yourself and report the photo as well.
Step 7 – After you’ve made your decision, click “Untag Photos” and you’re done!
So that was how to untag yourself from multiple Facebook photos in an easy way. We know how annoying it can get in holiday seasons when you’re tagged in upwards of 10 photos and it doesn’t help that people aren’t discerning enough to understand spam links. You can even go back and untag yourself from photos that were uploaded ever since your Facebook account was activated, perfect if you want to get rid of those photos from times you aren’t too proud of!
